Dr. Wolch does NOT use mercury amalgam fillings in his family practice due to the controversy surrounding the potential toxicity of these materials. He specializes in removing mercury amalgam fillings and replacing them with biocompatible materials that are as neutral as possible to the patient's immune system. The replacement procedure can be done in only one appointment 99% of time.
